I'm super excited to announce the release of my new Let's Learn About Pianos packet. This is a great resource for music teachers, homeschooling, and classroom learning!
This project started when I was looking for a model of a piano action so my students could better understand the instrument. What I quickly found was that piano action models are both expensive and hard to come by. So I decided to make my own solution.
That solution turned into this new digital download. Let's Learn About Pianos covers everything from the history of the piano to all the parts with pictures and diagrams, explanations of how everything works, and lots of what I like to call hands and ears-on activities including a DIY functioning grand piano action!
